Meet Ozzy – Our Clinic Dog
A little information about Ozzy and how we make sure every client feels comfortable, informed and welcome at Sana.

A friendly face at Sana
Ozzy is Lulu Campbell's French Bulldog and generally attends the clinic with Lulu on the days Lulu is working. He is a quiet and calm dog who generally spends his time sleeping in the corner of Lulu's treatment room or on the couch. He does not interact with clients unless invited.
This page explains when Ozzy may be present, our hygiene procedures, and how to request a dog-free appointment.
Your Comfort Comes First
At Sana Remedial Massage and Clinical Skin Care, we want every client to feel comfortable, safe and informed during their visit.
Ozzy may be present when you have an appointment with Lulu Campbell on the days Lulu is working.
If you have a dog allergy, fear or phobia of dogs, cultural or personal concern, or would simply prefer a dog-free appointment, please let us know.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible if you require specific arrangements so we have sufficient time to make suitable arrangements for you.
Clients are never required to interact with or touch Ozzy.
Prefer a Dog-Free Appointment?
We completely understand that some clients may prefer an appointment without a dog present. We want every client to feel comfortable when visiting Sana.
If you are considering booking with Lulu and would prefer Ozzy not to be present, please contact the clinic before booking so we can discuss available options.
Your options
- Contact us before booking with Lulu to discuss available arrangements.
- Consider an appointment on a day when Lulu is not working — days when Lulu is not working are generally dog-free, subject to clinic arrangements.
- Book with Katie when she is available. Ozzy is Lulu's dog and is not ordinarily present for Katie's appointments in the same way that he is for Lulu's appointments.
Please check current practitioner availability when booking rather than relying on a particular day of the week, as working days may change.
If having a dog-free appointment is important to you because of an allergy, fear of dogs, personal preference or another reason, please contact us before attending so we can help identify an appropriate appointment option.
Hygiene & Dedicated Dog Linen
Ozzy has his own designated towels and bedding while at the clinic.
These are older or damaged towels that have been permanently removed from clinical use and are never used for clients.
Ozzy's towels and bedding are kept completely separate from all client treatment linen.
His towels and bedding are taken to Lulu's home for washing and are washed separately and are not washed with client towels or clinical linen. They are returned to the clinic specifically for Ozzy's use.
Ozzy is kept away from:
- Clean and used client linen
- Treatment tables and treatment surfaces
- Massage oils, creams and treatment products
- Clinical equipment and supplies
- Areas where clinical items are stored or prepared
Normal clinic cleaning and infection-control procedures continue whether or not Ozzy is present.
If Lulu handles or touches Ozzy immediately before treating a client, appropriate hand hygiene is performed before clinical contact with the client.
Behaviour & Supervision
Ozzy remains under Lulu Campbell's supervision while at the clinic.
He generally rests or sleeps during appointments and does not interact with clients unless invited.
He is expected to remain settled and not interfere with consultations or treatments.
If his behaviour could affect a client's comfort, safety or treatment, he will be removed from the treatment area.
Allergies, Phobias & Other Concerns
We understand that not everyone is comfortable around dogs.
If you have an allergy, fear or phobia of dogs, cultural or personal concern, or simply prefer not to have a dog present during your appointment, please let us know.
Where possible, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can make appropriate arrangements.
You are also welcome to book with Katie when she is available, or consider an appointment on a day when Lulu is not working.
Client Comfort & Safety Come First
Ozzy's presence is always secondary to the comfort, safety, hygiene and clinical care of our clients. If having Ozzy present is unsuitable for your appointment, please let us know and we will do our best to make suitable arrangements.
