As remedial massage therapists are non-registered health practitioners in New South Wales, our practitioners are required to comply with the NSW Code of Conduct for Non-Registered Health Practitioners.
The Code explains the professional and ethical standards clients can expect from their practitioner and provides information about how to make a complaint to the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission.

If you have concerns about a health service provided by a non-registered health practitioner, you may contact the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission.
