At Sana Remedial Massage, you are valued as a remedial massage therapist with room to grow within the business. Whether you are a newly qualified therapist or looking to begin your massage career, we would love to hear from you.

We take a clinical, evidence-informed approach to every treatment. We are not a relaxation day spa — we are a remedial massage clinic that takes our clients' care seriously. If you share that commitment, we would love to have a conversation.

We are looking for qualified remedial massage therapists who are passionate about clinical practice, committed to ongoing professional development, and genuinely invested in their clients' wellbeing. You should be comfortable conducting thorough assessments, keeping detailed clinical notes, and working collaboratively with other health professionals when appropriate.

Your development

What You Will Learn

Rebooking skills
Ability to work autonomously
Self-management with timing and completing notes
Excellent customer service
Assessing clients and providing an optimal treatment program
Training in HICAPS machine
Following policies and procedures
Participating in promotional activities to help increase your clientele
Reception duties, EFTPOS and direct health fund claiming

Staff training is available one day a week for the first three months, then one day per month thereafter.

Available Shifts

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday:

  • 7:30am – 2:00pm
  • 2:30pm – 9:00pm

Full training will be provided, including reception duties, EFTPOS, and direct health fund claiming.

For Qualified Therapists

You must hold a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy or a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. In addition, you will have:

  • Association membership
  • Professional indemnity (PI) insurance
  • ABN
  • Provider numbers for all private health funds (diploma level only)
